For dioceses, school groups, and networks
This is where our deepest sector relationships and our system-level benchmarking data do the most work. A network Review benchmarks every school in the system and gives the centre a clear, comparable view of where each school stands. Larger engagements cover portfolio strategy, shared services, capital planning, and governance.

Boards commission our work to validate management's assumptions, stress-test projections, and form an evidence-based view of long-term sustainability. The Review is a natural fit: it produces a clear, independently benchmarked picture of where the school stands, in time for the board to act on it.
