One diagnostic. Five ways to act on it.
We organise our work around the five levers that drive a school's sustainability and growth. Every engagement starts with the Review, a single diagnostic that shows you where you stand and which of the five areas will repay attention. You don't need to know where to start. The Review tells you.

The Review: your position, benchmarked.
A fixed-scope diagnostic that benchmarks your school three ways: against your own trend over time, against similar schools nationally, and against your local competitors. We surface the three to five opportunities with the greatest room for improvement, each sized for financial impact. You receive a clear, prioritised picture of where the numbers point before you commit to any project work.
The five services
Where the deep work happens.
Growth
Enrolments and expansion
Most schools convert 40 to 60% of enquiries. Understanding where families drop off is usually worth $200 to 400k in annual revenue. We identify where the funnel is leaking and build the strategy to fix it.
Financial sustainability
The most common finding in our diagnostic is a gap between a school's funding entitlement and what it actually receives. We examine funding, fees and revenue, and cost structure to strengthen the surplus that funds your mission.
Delivery model
How a school structures and staffs its offer is the single biggest lever on cost per student. We examine the offer, class structures, timetable efficiency, and teacher deployment, never curriculum or pedagogy.
Org design and workforce
Teacher turnover at double the benchmark typically points to workload and the absence of a clear progression path, not pay. We examine structure, workforce planning, and the design of attraction and retention.
Network optimisation and planning
A diocese or school group running twenty schools as twenty separate operations leaves significant resource on the table. We examine portfolio strategy, shared services, and network-level planning.
